Today was the day we had been waiting for the whole trip!! We woke up early and got on the road to make it to Nashville mid-afternoon to go to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum and then to meet Clint Elg at the Hard Rock and have a late lunch/early dinner. We hit fantastic traffic and got to sit for quite a while but we made it to Nashville. I decided not to go to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum but Lisa went and really liked it. I walked around downtown Nashville, chatted with family members, coworkers, and friends from Provo. It was nice to have some down time and some alone time. I found out while I was there that I will be going to Las Vegas on business in June so I will take a trip up to Provo while I am already out on the west coast. This makes it a lot easier to go home, knowing that before long I will get to go back and visit. Getting to see Clint was so fun!! Lisa was so good about just letting us shoot the breeze and catch up. It is so great to talk with someone you've been friends with for 10 years, someone who knows what you've been through. Thanks for driving all the way up to Nashville just for dinner Clint, you are amazing!!!
